Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the DiabeticDrop website at diabeticdrop.com (“Site”) or any services offered by Grandstand Medical Supply LLC, doing business as DiabeticDrop (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this Site, submitting a quote form, or sending us a shipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ABOUT OUR SERVICES
DiabeticDrop, powered by Grandstand Medical Supply LLC, operates a diabetic supply buyback service. We purchase unused, unopened, and unexpired diabetic supplies from individuals across the United States, including but not limited to continuous glucose monitor (CGM) sensors, insulin pump supplies, diabetic test strips, lancets, and glucose meters.
All prices are subject to change at any time because we are a marketplace intermediary and have no control over market pricing fluctuations.
ELIGIBILITY TO SELL
By selling diabetic supplies to DiabeticDrop, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The supplies are your legal property and you have the right to sell them
- The supplies were not obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, VA, TRICARE, or any other government-funded healthcare program
- The supplies were not obtained through theft, fraud, or any unlawful means
- The supplies are unopened, factory sealed, and have never been opened or resealed in any way
- The supplies are domestic products with NDC codes — we do not buy international diabetic supplies
- You are providing accurate information about the products, including brand, quantity, expiration dates, and condition
We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that we believe violates these terms or applicable law.
PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for purchase, diabetic supplies must meet the following criteria:
- Unopened and factory sealed in original manufacturer packaging (never opened or resealed in any way)
- Unexpired with a minimum of 10 months until expiration from the time we receive them, unless otherwise specified in the product description. Count the current month as “0” and the next month as “1.” For example, if the current month is January (month “0”), then strips expiring in November would be at month “10.”
- Some products may be accepted with shorter expiration dates at reduced pricing — refer to specific product descriptions on our website
- Not obtained through government healthcare programs
- Must contain a valid NDC code (domestic products only)
- Free of blood stains, major damage, broken seals, or tampering
We classify product condition as follows:
- Mint: Perfect condition with no visible damage, dings, or imperfections
- Dinged: Minor creases, small dents, or slight cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the product seal or contents (pricing adjustment of $3-$5 per item may apply depending on product)
- Damaged: Products with stains, tears, rips, marker or pen marks, broken seals, crushed boxes, dented boxes, or other significant cosmetic damage — these may be accepted at significantly reduced pricing at our sole discretion, or may be rejected
We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on actual product condition upon receipt and inspection. If product condition differs materially from what was described, we will contact you before processing payment.
QUOTES AND PRICING
All quotes provided by DiabeticDrop are estimates based on the information you provide about your supplies. Final pricing is determined upon physical inspection of the products at our facility.
The price you will be paid is based on the invoice at the time of your order. Prices of products may change due to supply and demand; we cannot alter an invoice due to price fluctuations that occur after your shipment is received and processed.
Quotes are not binding commitments and do not constitute a contract until we receive, inspect, and accept your supplies and you accept the final payout amount.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For mail-in sellers, we provide free prepaid shipping labels and/or shipping kits at no cost to you. You are responsible for securely packaging your supplies to prevent damage during transit.
We are not responsible for supplies that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. We recommend using the prepaid shipping method we provide, which includes tracking.
Once we receive your shipment, we will inspect the contents and process payment according to our standard procedures.
REJECTED AND INELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
Grandstand Medical Supply LLC has the right to reject any product that does not meet our standards, as well as any product that is not listed on our website.
We will not pay for diabetic supplies that are expired, too short-dated beyond what is specified in the product description, too damaged, or otherwise ineligible upon receipt of delivery.
If we receive any supplies that are not eligible for purchase due to dates being too short, expiration, excessive damage, or not meeting our condition standards:
- We will contact you and provide the option to have the product returned to you for a $5 shipping deduction from your order
- If you request return shipping, the $5 cost will be deducted from your payout
- If we do not receive a response within five (5) business days, the ineligible product will be donated or disposed of at our discretion
- Grandstand Medical Supply LLC is not responsible for the cost of shipping to return ineligible products
PAYMENT
We process payments the same business day we receive and verify your supplies, unless otherwise communicated.
Available payment methods include: PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and check. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.
For local pickup transactions, payment is made in cash at the time of the transaction.
All payments are made in U.S. dollars.
Electronic Payment Policy: Grandstand Medical Supply LLC cannot reverse electronic payments once they have been sent. This includes, but is not limited to, Cash App, Zelle, Google Pay, Venmo, bank wires, and similar services. If you provide an incorrect Cash App or Venmo tag, wrong bank account information, incorrect email address, or other erroneous payment details, it is not our responsibility to refund the misdirected payment. If this occurs, you must contact the corresponding payment entity directly for resolution.
Check Payment Policy: Grandstand Medical Supply LLC is not responsible for errors on checks due to misspelling of names, incorrect addresses, or other inaccuracies resulting from information you provided on your order form. If a check needs to be canceled and reprinted due to errors in the information you submitted, you will be responsible for a $30.00 canceled check fee. Check delivery times are dependent on USPS mail speed and holidays. If payment by check has not been received after 21 business days, we will verify the payment status and put a stop payment in place once confirmed that payment was not rendered. After the check is canceled, an alternative payment method can be arranged. Grandstand Medical Supply LLC will not cancel any check before the 21-business-day waiting period.
Payment Disputes: If you have a dispute about payment or an order discrepancy, you must contact Grandstand Medical Supply LLC within 30 days of the transaction. After 30 days, all order outcomes and payments are considered final.
LOCAL PICKUP SERVICE
For sellers in our local service area, we offer in-person pickup with cash payment on the spot. Local pickup is available by appointment and subject to scheduling availability.
During local pickups, our representative will inspect the supplies and provide a cash offer based on product type, condition, and expiration date. You are under no obligation to accept the offer.
PRESCRIPTION LABEL HANDLING
Diabetic supplies submitted to DiabeticDrop may contain prescription labels with personal information including your name, address, prescriber information, and other identifiers.
Grandstand Medical Supply LLC will remove all prescription labels and destroy them. We handle these as follows:
- All prescription labels are professionally removed from product packaging upon receipt
- Removed labels are immediately shredded and destroyed
- No personal health information from labels is stored, recorded, or shared with any third party
- You do not need to remove labels before sending — in fact, we strongly recommend leaving labels intact as any attempts made by you to remove labels may result in damage to the box, and damaged items may not be accepted or may receive reduced pricing
SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
By providing your phone number and consent through our quote form, website, or other communication channels, you agree to receive text messages from Grandstand Medical Supply LLC (DiabeticDrop).
Message Types:
- Transactional messages: Quote confirmations, shipping updates, payment notifications, and other communications directly related to your diabetic supply transactions with us
- Marketing messages (with your consent): Promotional offers, pricing updates, new service announcements, and other marketing communications
Message Frequency: Varies based on your interactions with us. Transactional messages are sent as needed based on your activity. Marketing messages will not exceed 10 per month.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional messages related to active orders.

Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Grandstand Medical Supply LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of selling supplies to DiabeticDrop or using any of our services. You may choose to transact with us without providing consent to text messaging.
Supported Carriers: All major U.S. carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier participation may vary. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier issues.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Grandstand Medical Supply LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grandstand Medical Supply LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to you in the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grandstand Medical Supply LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, your misrepresentation regarding the supplies you sell to us, or your sale of supplies that were obtained unlawfully or through government healthcare programs.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grandstand Medical Supply LLC regarding your use of this Site and our services, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
