Should I remove the labels on the box before I ship them to you?
We ask that you DO NOT remove the label as doing so may damage the box. Once the box is damaged, we cannot accept the box. We use a heat gun at our office to safely remove any labels. Upon removal, we then shred and destroy the label to protect your personal information.
Can I send you diabetic supplies that have been opened or expired?
No, we do not accept any diabetic supplies that have been opened or expired. If you send us any boxes that are opened or expired, they will be discarded upon arrival.
How much does it cost to ship to you?
Nothing! We pay for the shipping to us. You are always more than welcome to use your own shipping materials if you choose to do so. Just let us know at checkout if you prefer to use your own shipping materials and preferred carrier.
Do you have a return policy for boxes that are damaged?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT return damaged boxes whatsoever. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our shipping policy. Please make sure that the boxes you send us match the description you mentioned at checkout and are not damaged in any way.
How soon do I get paid for my supplies?
We pay out within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and the boxes sent match the description.
How is my payment made?
We pay using PayPal and physical checks. Please note for all PayPal payments, there will be a transaction fee that PayPal charges that will be deducted from your total payout amount. We have no control over PayPal’s transaction fees.
Is there a max amount of supplies I can sell to you?
No, there is no cap on the number of diabetic supplies you can send us at one time. As long as the boxes arrive as described and are not damaged, we will purchase everything you send us.
Does pricing change regularly for diabetic testing supplies?
Yes, pricing does change regularly. We have no control over the market prices, but we do update our pricing on the website weekly. Whatever price fluctuations do happen, you can be assured that we are still some of the highest paying companies out here.
Is this illegal in any way?
No, you have the legal right to sell your over-the-counter diabetic testing supplies if you choose to do so.
